Aaron is a seasoned project and contract leader with 24 years' experience delivering major international clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
As founder of Paddington Strategic Consultants, he has delivered procurement, commercial strategy, and temporary infrastructure for some of the world’s most iconic events, including the London and Rio Olympic Games, European and Commonwealth Games, FIFA World Cups, cultural events, and championship racing events.
Matthew Bermel
Matthew is a procurement leader with over 19 years of experience delivering major international events, including eight years at Formula E leading procurement. He is known for his calm, structured approach, simplifying complex commercial challenges and aligning stakeholders.
With a proven track record across events such as the London 2012 Olympics and Baku 2015 European Games, he is recognised for strong cost management, clear communication, and dependable delivery.
Charlotte Barkley
Charlotte is a seasoned procurement leader with experience across global sport, major events, and corporate organisations, including senior roles with The FA, LIV Golf, and PA Consulting.
She is known for bringing clarity to complexity, building agile procurement structures, and driving strong commercial outcomes. Her work on the UEFA Women’s Euros, FIFA World Cup Qatar, and other major programmes showcases her ability to balance pace, innovation, and governance.
Emiliano Benitez
Emiliano is a bilingual consultant with a growing track record across finance, research, and operational support. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings cultural fluency and strong communication skills to international projects.
